Who would have guessed that after a month of purchasing Kimco (KIM) at $17.70 a share, I would have the opportunity only a month later to add to my position at a 17% within 31 days time. At this recent price, KIM is now yielding over 7.6% with a comfortable FFO/Payout ratio.
