Recent Buy - The Procter & Gamble Company (PG)

It has only been a few weeks since my last purchase, but for whatever reason, it feels like it has actually been a lot longer (like months rather than weeks).  In any event, today I initiated a new position in Procter and Gamble - it was only a matter of time.

Recent Buy - Kimco Realty Corporation (KIM)

Who would have guessed that after a month of purchasing Kimco (KIM) at $17.70 a share, I would have the opportunity only a month later to add to my position at a 17% within 31 days time.  At this recent price, KIM is now yielding over 7.6% with a comfortable FFO/Payout ratio.

2018 January Dividend Summary

Bam! Just like that and the first month of the year 2018 has come to a close.  My wife and I just got back from a cruise to the eastern Caribbean and quite enjoyed the experience and the time away certainly contributed to the month of January feeling as if it just flew by.  The YoY change in dividend income amounted to a 86.4% increase.
